Employee Housing: Bringing Care Closer to Home

We recognize that delivering great care to our patients starts with prioritizing the needs of our staff. Which is why we’re excited to share that in 2025, we’ll break ground on the Hitching Post apartments, offering over 70 rental units for our staff. This initiative will provide much-needed housing options so that our team can focus on what they do best: caring for our community.

Independent Health System

It’s important to note that none of these projects would be possible without our status as an independent health system. Which allows us to make every decision, from the projects we undertake to the services we deliver, in direct response to the needs of our community.
